Paddock Pass - Motorsport Marketing & Media Career Course
Every driver needs someone to get them seen, backed and paid. Almost none can find that person, because nobody teaches the job. Paddock Pass does.
Over 8 weekly modules, you’ll learn the marketing engine behind a driver, positioning and story, PR writing, social strategy, media coverage and sponsorship, then run a real race-week campaign for a real driver as your capstone. (Not a photography or Videography course: I am the iPhone filming queen.) Graduates who complete the course and showcase commitment and want to be part of the “Your First Driver Campaign” will be considered for The Crew: Coleman & Co’s talent pool, the introductions we make when drivers and teams ask us for marketing people, and where Coleman & Co Motorsport looks first when we hire.
What’s included:
– 8 modules, released weekly from Wednesday 5 August (6–8 hours of video, yours for life), plus the capstone campaign.
– A workbook and practical assignment with every module.
– The working template library: media release, race wrap, pitch email, sponsor outreach, sponsor update, driver one-pager, race-weekend content calendar, rate sheet.
– First-intake only: fortnightly live group Q&As with Megan Coleman.
– First-intake only: a personal review of your, YOUR FIRST DRIVER Campaign with a straight answer on where you stand.
– Capstone graduates considered for introductions to real drivers and teams through The Crew, the pool Coleman & Co Motorsport hires from.
Details:
– Starts Wednesday 5 August 2026 · one module per week · plan on 2–3 hours weekly.
– No experience required, if you can write a caption and hold a conversation, you have the raw materials.
– Under 18? Welcome with a parent or guardian’s consent.
– 14-day refund from the start date. Your Australian Consumer Law rights always apply.
You’re joining the first intake; modules release weekly, you get direct access to Megan, and you’ll help shape the course. $497 is first-intake pricing; future intakes will be priced higher. Doors close Tuesday 4 August, 11:59pm ACST.
